About Us
The mission of the Elios Society is to preserve and promote the spirit, values, and ideals of our Hellenic culture and heritage, for the benefit of our youth, our membership, and the Greek American community through a process of mutual enlightenment and fellowship.
The Elios Society utilizes two primary strategies to further its mission:
- To position the organization as a leader in the community through good works and projects
- To celebrate and recognize the accomplishments of those individuals who best exemplify our Hellenic spirit and values and who have advanced Hellenic causes
Incorporated in 1995, the Elios Society is nonprofit and nonpartisan and has tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.
